Pope to seminarians: To communicate, do not be content with using social networks well

These students from the Pontifical Pius XI Seminary of Marche in Italy have visited the Pope. Francis has asked them not to rely only on social networks to communicate the Word of God.

FRANCISCO
“Do not be content with being skilled in the use of social networks to communicate. Only if you allow yourself to be transformed by the Word of God will you be able to communicate words of life ”.

The Pope also asked the superiors of the seminary, including the rector and the spiritual director, to be exemplary so that the students learn from them, just as Jesus learned from Saint Joseph.

FRANCISCO
“May they learn the docility of your obedience; the industry, of your dedication; the generosity with the poor, of your testimony of sobriety and availability; fatherhood, thanks to your lively and chaste affection ”.

The Pope also asked seminarians to combat all internal falsehoods and to cultivate healthy and joyful relationships.
