TO: ALL ARCHDIOCESAN SOCIETIES

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

INVITATION TO THE LAUNCH OF THE 2027 ARCHDIOCESAN PASTORAL
YEAR

On behalf of His Grace, Most Rev. John Bonaventure Kwofie, C.S.Sp., Metropolitan
Archbishop of Accra, I write to cordially invite you all to the official launch of the 2027
Archdiocesan Pastoral Year,

The launch is scheduled as follows:
Date: 21st November 2026

Time: Arrival at 9:00AM; Mass at 9:30AM
Venue: Holy Spirit Cathedral, Adabraka

The 2027 Pastoral Year marks an important step in the pastoral life of our Archdiocese. It is
intended to give a common pastoral direction to our parishes, deaneries, societies and other
pastoral bodies, encouraging us to work together more closely with one another.

During the launch, His Grace will officially unveil the theme for the 2027 Pastoral Year
and the project that will bind us during this year.

While the invitation is open to all members of the various societies, the Archdiocesan
leadership and executives of all societies are expected to be present at the launch. We
therefore kindly ask that you encourage your members to participate in this important occasion.

Thank you for your continued commitment and service to the Church.
